About Me
Compassionate, Trauma-Informed Therapy for finding Healing and Meaning.

Are you facing trauma, anxiety, major transitions, or loss, feeling overwhelmed, and worried you have to navigate it alone? My approach to therapy is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and a deep respect for each person’s values and experiences. With a background in Ethical Philosophy and English Literature, I help clients explore the meaning within their personal narratives and support them in living more authentic value directed lives.
I take a trauma-informed perspective, integrating attachment theory, neurodevelopment, and evidence-based approaches to foster healing. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for trauma work and integrate Existential Psychotherapy, guided by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). My work focuses on helping clients build psychological flexibility, face life’s uncertainties with courage, and move toward what truly matters to them.
In addition to working with trauma, anxiety, and life transitions, I have experience supporting individuals through grief and loss, including bereavement work and hospice care. Loss can take many forms, and I provide a space where clients can process emotions, find meaning, and navigate change with support and compassion.
If you’re seeking a thoughtful, values-oriented approach to therapy, I invite you to reach out for a consultation.
